Ashlins, LTD. ONLINE STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your Ashlins, Ltd. online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of purchase.
Please note the following when returning merchandise ordered through our Ashlins, LTD. Online store:
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that do not fit or that you are not completely happy with upon return of merchandise.
Contact us at 817-442-0400, or dlkel@aol.com notifying us immediately of your return and whether you would like a credit or an exchange.
No cash refunds.
The item MUST be returned to Ashlins, LTD., within 14 days of the shipping date unworn, unused and in perfect condition with tags intact.
Please include your packing slip or receipt adding a written note letting us know if you would like a credit or exchange. If the exchange is not available we will then issue a credit.
Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items when they are ready to ship, if it exceeds the amount of the return.
For “high demand” items, it is sometimes necessary to special order those items. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
All items “on sale” are final sales.
Order Fulfillment: You will receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days upon shipment. We can't always guarantee availablity of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email.
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped, unless it is a special order, and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
